Whenever possible, we embrace the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces, recognising the profound impact this connection has on well-being and sustainability. Each apartment at Trilogy is designed with 3 metres deep and 3.3 metres floor to ceiling high verandas, extending the living area and offering a harmonious flow between inside and outside. Large sliding doors blur the boundary between interior and exterior, maximising natural light and ventilation and creating a healthier living environment. This design fosters a continuous connection with the Mediterranean Sea and the expansive Limassol coastline, enriching the daily experience of residents’ living.

For almost nine months of the year, these verandas become extensions of the home—places to relax, dine and socialise. Morning light greets residents with sweeping views of the sea and sky, as if floating above the horizon. The proximity to the water enhances this sensation, offering an intimate relationship with nature that nurtures both physical and mental well-being. The timeless act of gazing out to sea becomes part of daily life, promoting a sense of calm and balance. Social interactions thrive in this environment, with fresh air and expansive views enhancing gatherings with friends and family.
Our design extends the materials and finishes of open-plan indoor spaces onto the verandas, with no level change, forming a unified aesthetic that strengthens the bond between interior and exterior. The Mediterranean climate allows residents to fully enjoy outdoor living, whether dining, exercising, reading, or simply spending time with loved ones. This continuity between spaces ensures that even when indoors, residents feel a deep connection to the natural surroundings, enhancing their quality of life.
