This project comprises two towers strategically positioned on a prominent coastal site in Tripoli, Libya, spanning on a total area of 34,000 M2. The Corniche Tower 2 design is distinguished by its fluid and organic forms, particularly at the lower and upper levels, where the towers intertwine and are seamlessly linked. At ground level, the undulating volumes are reminiscent of the desert dunes, creating a visual connection to the natural landscape, while the upper level offers shared spaces for guests to enjoy panoramic views of the stunning Tripoli coastline. This architectural gesture symbolises a harmonious integration between hospitality and luxury living, with the towers linked at both ground and top levels.

One tower is dedicated to a 5-star deluxe hotel, while the second hosts luxury serviced apartments, both managed by the hotel operator to ensure a seamless, high-end experience. The repetition of floor plates, structural elements and cladding in both towers enhances the architectural rhythm, creating a unified, efficient design language across the development.
Independent drop-off areas are thoughtfully designed to provide private access for hotel guests and apartment residents, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. Residents of the serviced apartments will also enjoy privileged access to the hotel’s extensive facilities, including world-class restaurants, a health and fitness spa, a fully equipped gym, and multiple swimming pools, all contributing to a vibrant and luxurious living environment.
The 5-star hotel boasts 350 elegantly designed rooms, comprising 285 standard guest rooms, 35 deluxe suites, 28 super deluxe suites and two presidential suites. A grand ballroom with a 1,000-person capacity is available for large-scale events, reflecting the development’s focus on both hospitality and community engagement.
The serviced apartments tower, with its 215 luxury units, includes a range of apartment types to suit various lifestyles: 10 studios (75 sq.m.), 20 one-bedroom apartments (95 sq.m.), 115 two-bedroom apartments (135 sq.m.), and 68 three-bedroom apartments (155 sq.m.). Each unit is designed with meticulous attention to detail, offering residents an elevated standard of living.
This distinctive development will redefine the coastal skyline of Tripoli, setting a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and residential living in the region.
