The One Tower reshapes Limassol’s skyline with a seamless integration of sustainability and innovative design. Its curved silhouette, inspired by the coastal location, introduces a sophisticated edge, standing apart from the rigid angularity of nearby structures. More than a striking landmark, it represents Pafilia new flagship, it serves as a catalyst for urban regeneration and regional revitalisation.

Spanning 38 floors and standing at 170M high, The One tower offers flexible floor layouts, from single unit floors to 2 Bed, 3 Bed and multiple living duplex apartments, all centred around a primary core located at the rear for optimal space efficiency.

Every apartment enjoys uninterrupted sea views, with a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, celebrating Mediterranean alfresco living. The design incorporates deep, shaded verandas, ensuring ample daylight while maintaining comfort.
The design embraces intelligent, passive solutions to reduce energy consumption, lower cooling demands during the hot season and minimise resource use. Its distinctive tower shell and top frame define its architectural identity, shaped by solar shading studies and computational geometry to frame views and provide the residents with comfortable living.
Along 28 Octovriou Street, high end retail units span two floors, adding vibrancy to the area.
