Brookwood House is a testament to modern architecture, seamlessly merging natural light, openness and a profound connection to nature. The white minimalist, two-storey design, anchored by a double-height central atrium, opens on all four sides, inviting daylight and natural ventilation to flow freely through its interior. Set within 3.2 acres of verdant woodland, the house is a nod to early modernism, defined by its crisp white façade and refined geometry.

The architecture dissolves boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Expansive glazed sliding doors blur the line between the interior and the landscape, creating a fluid transition extends the living spaces, fosters sustainability and enhances social engagement. Even in winter, the design ensures a strong connection to the natural surroundings, cultivating an atmosphere of tranquility and balance.
The 200 m² ground floor is dominated by the impressive atrium sitting room, featuring rain sensitive skylights and a contemporary dual sided fireplace.
