Trilogy Limassol is a vibrant destination for luxury living, working, and leisure, featuring three distinct towers united by a cohesive architectural language. Distinct characteristics emerge through a dynamic combination of curved and angular forms that stem from the same cohesive architectural language. The project has been designed to be built in two separate phases. First phase includes The West and East Towers while The North Residences form part of phase 2.

The West Tower, standing at 161 metres high and rising 39 storeys at the southwest corner, offers 16 floors of premium offices, a double-height spa and wellness area, and 19 floors of luxurious apartments. Its standout feature, a cantilevered sky terrace, delivers breathtaking views of the coastline. Standing on the south east corner, the 37 storey East Tower, set at 148 metres tall, is exclusively residential, with luxurious living spaces complemented by a wellness centre. On the north side, the 13 storey North Residences rise above a three storey podium, offering exclusive access to a lush garden oasis. All living and working spaces at Trilogy benefit from sweeping sea views, creating a seamless connection to the coastline.
Atop the podium lies a serene private garden oasis, which offers residents a peaceful retreat. It features an infinity edge pool complete with a bar, various seating areas and a designated play area for children, all nestled within a lavishly landscaped setting.
At ground level, the public plaza, lined with an array of restaurants and cafes, serves as a lively hub, poised to become a new focal point in Limassol, establishing Trilogy as a new centre for social connection and vibrancy.
