The Amanera Residences is a luxury residential project designed to embody the Mediterranean lifestyle through a seamless connection to nature and to engage all five senses. Located steps from the beach, the development comprises two distinct, gently curved seven storey buildings linked at the ground and rooftop levels. Each building features independent access and reception areas, ensuring privacy, while a common underground parking facility provides direct access to all floors.

Apartments include two, three, and four bedroom layouts, each with three metre-deep verandas that create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. These verandas offer uninterrupted sea views and optimise shading for energy efficiency. The project’s north facade features louvres that bring in natural light while maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties. Rooftop penthouses include outdoor spaces with private pools.
Sustainability is a core focus, with passive design strategies such as cross ventilation, energy efficient glazing and shading reducing energy consumption. The cantilevered verandas offer year round comfort by shading interiors in summer and retaining warmth in cooler months.
Recreational spaces are spread across two levels. The ground floor features an infinity edge pool, sunbathing terrace, and shallow water feature. A staircase connects this space to a lush garden below with direct beach access, offering an inviting area for relaxation and social interaction.
